Work performed includes providing robust it support services for TSA within the IMPACT II contract scope, including technical and cyber support, network administration, systems engineering, and project management. These services support the five TSA it strategic mission goals: ensuring TSA's information resource delivery supports risk-based transportation security, transforming to a customer-centric business model, unleashing technology to improve decision-making, engraining cybersecurity as a mission enabler, and evolving the workforce.
