Original Description
Contractor shall provide cm services for phase 3 of US DHS consolidation at st. Elizabeths west campus, including but not limited to preplanning, programming, design management, design review, procurement support, construction management, post-construction support, and O&M services. The work encompasses construction management and commissioning for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) headquarters, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) headquarters, DHS office of Intelligence And Analysis (I&A) building, adaptive reuse buildings, parking structures, and infrastructure/site civil work. The contractor is responsible for all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of construction and renovation activities to meet GSA and client agency requirements. All work will be performed at the st. Elizabeths west campus site in anacostia, dc, a National Historic Landmark (NHL) site.
