Verkada Camera Licensing & Support

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is requesting bids for the renewal of licensing and support services for its Verkada security camera system. The scope of work includes providing pricing and terms for both three (3) and five (5) year renewal options, with electronic delivery of licenses to the LCCC Integrated and Technology Services (ITS) Department required no later than September 1, 2025. This contract is necessary to ensure continued access to cloud-based video surveillance, software updates, and technical support for all existing Verkada cameras at LCCC. LCCC, as the requesting organization, is tax-exempt and seeks to maintain uninterrupted operation and security through this renewal. The background for this contract is to support ongoing operations of LCCC's security infrastructure by renewing licenses for 435 Verkada Video Camera Cloud Licenses and 2 Verkada Sensor Visibility (SV) Cloud Licenses. The renewal must cover all existing cameras and be fully compatible with current hardware and configurations. Contract requirements include: renewal of licenses for all current cameras, compatibility with existing hardware and configurations, full access to Verkada's cloud-based software and mobile/web interface, provision of technical support and software/firmware updates throughout the license period, and advisement on any enhancements or security features included in the license. Additionally, optional services such as system health checks, device audits, or optimized recommendations may be offered. All bid responses must be submitted by August 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. MT.
