Tier Ii Reporting

The contract work involves providing a service that enables Tier II facilities to enter their information into a portal, granting access to key state and local stakeholders to this data for the State of Wyoming. This service is specifically for the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security (Agency). Proposals for this work are being solicited by the A&I Procurement Office through the Public Purchase online bidding system. This contract supports the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Office of Homeland Security, by facilitating the secure and efficient collection and dissemination of Tier II facility information to authorized stakeholders. To meet the contract requirements, the proposed service must allow Tier II facilities to input their data into a portal, and ensure that key state and local stakeholders can access this information as needed. All documents submitted must be in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on September 1, 2025. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and clearly identified as such. All submissions must be fully uploaded through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline; incomplete or late uploads will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from consideration. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the Public Purchase system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on August 11, 2025. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder/proposer to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or other updates related to the solicitation.
