Work Details
The selected provider will establish a year-long Special Education Administrator Leadership Development Program that includes:
1. Curriculum development focusing on IDEA compliance, litigation mitigation, combating administrative burnout, bridging compliance with instruction, fiscal responsibility, and resource management.
2. Monthly implementation of topical content in a virtual format with options for 1-2 in-person training sessions per year.
3. High-quality training materials adhering to adult learning principles.
4. Scheduling flexibility to meet SEA/LEA needs.
5. Requirements include adherence to federal regulations related to IDEA, ESEA, and ESSA.
6. Minimum qualifications include proven experience in delivering high-quality training and knowledge of effective coaching practices.
Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to begin in August 2026 following the tentative award date in July 2026, with a potential duration of up to four years based on mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within the State of Wyoming, specifically targeting local education agencies and institutions involved in special education.
