Sheridan Pavement Condition Assessment

The City of Sheridan is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the following work:

Conduct automated pavement condition assessments across the City's right-of-way (ROW).
Perform a comprehensive inventory of ROW assets, which include but are not limited to: roadways, retaining walls, sidewalks, curb ramps, signage, street furniture, lighting systems, traffic control devices, and underground utility structures.
Integrate all collected data into the City's OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management System (Cartegraph) to facilitate infrastructure planning, maintenance, and rehabilitation.
Audit and review existing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) criteria.

The purpose of this contract is to support the City's ongoing infrastructure management by providing detailed, up-to-date information on pavement and ROW asset conditions. The integration of this data into the Cartegraph system will enhance the City's ability to plan for maintenance and rehabilitation activities.
