Security Camera Upgrades Project

Scope of Work:
The contract work involves the comprehensive upgrade of the security camera system at the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp, located at 40 Pippin Rd, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701. Specifically, the project includes:

• Replacement of existing security cameras
• Replacement of associated support equipment for these cameras
• Replacement of gate controllers
• Replacement of security systems throughout the facility

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp.

Background:
The Wyoming Department of Corrections seeks to enhance facility security by upgrading outdated camera and security systems at the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp. This project is part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve safety and operational efficiency within the facility.

Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system and on official State of Wyoming forms will be considered. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the project location. An on-site walkthrough of the facility was available immediately following the meeting.

Instructions on Submission:
Bids must be submitted via the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 24, 2026.

Bidding questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on June 5, 2026. Answers to questions and any addenda will be provided to all prospective bidders via the Public Purchase website or as written addenda posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on June 16, 2026.

It is the bidder's responsibility to monitor the Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.
