Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services for Water and Sewer Study Alcova Cabins

Background
The Natrona County Parks Department is seeking professional consulting services for an assessment of the current water wells and septic systems located within the 100 lots of the Alcova Cabins. The goal of this project is to evaluate the existing infrastructure and provide recommendations on future well and septic capacity. Additionally, it aims to address regulatory and environmental concerns related to both current and potential future systems.

Work Details
The selected Consultant will be responsible for assessing the current water wells and septic systems at the Alcova Cabins. This includes evaluating the existing infrastructure, providing recommendations for future capacity, and addressing any regulatory and environmental concerns associated with both current operations and potential expansions. The Consultant must also prepare a draft contract for discussion purposes once selected.

Period of Performance
The proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM MDT on September 24, 2025. A site walk-through is scheduled for September 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Alcova Cabins area in Wyoming, specifically starting at the intersection of Lakeshore Road and Rocky Shore Road.

Bidder Requirements
Consultants must submit complete proposals as outlined in the RFP package. The selection process will include interviews that assess each firm's qualifications, cost projections, approaches to completing the work, ability to provide additional professional services (such as design professionals, surveyors, and geotechnical engineers), and capability to manage costs effectively.
