Background
The Campbell County School District No. 1 is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of new full and mid-size multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs) to support its operational needs. Work Details
The contract involves the provision of the following vehicles:

1. New Full-Size MPV - SUV, 4 Door, 4 Wheel Drive with Air Conditioning (e.g., Expedition MAX, Suburban).
- Must accommodate 8-9 passengers.
- Preferred color is white but other colors may be considered.
- Quantity: 1 unit.

2. New Mid-Size MPV - SUV, 4 Door, 4 Wheel Drive with Air Conditioning (e.g., Explorer, Acadia, Jeep Cherokee).
- Preferred color is white but other colors may be considered.
- Quantity: 1 unit.

3. Block Heater for each vehicle.
- Quantity: 2 units total (1 for each vehicle).

All bid prices must include delivery to Gillette, WY 82716 and must be completed prior to June 30, 2026.

Period of Performance
The awarded units must be delivered and invoiced before June 30, 2026.
