Work Requested:
The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to develop and implement a comprehensive statewide information and outreach marketing program specifically targeting the electorate of Wyoming. The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Designing and executing a robust marketing campaign to inform and engage Wyoming voters
• Developing outreach strategies and materials that effectively reach the statewide electorate
• Ensuring campaign messaging is clear, accurate, and accessible to all intended audiences

This solicitation is issued by the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Secretary of State (Agency), with proposal management conducted by the A&I Procurement Office.
