Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) File Review And Consultation Services

Work Requested:
The contract involves providing consultation services focused on reviewing individual student files from contracted Child Development Centers (CDCs) to determine compliance with Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) standards.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Health (Agency), through the A&I Procurement Office.

Background:
The Wyoming Department of Health seeks to ensure that contracted CDCs are in compliance with IDEA standards by conducting thorough reviews of individual student files.

Contract Requirements:

• Review individual student files from contracted CDCs for IDEA compliance.
• Provide consultation services based on findings from the file reviews.

Submission Instructions:
All proposals must be submitted via the Public Purchase online bidding system. The deadline for proposal submission is 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on March 5, 2026.

Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on February 16, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered.

All proposal documents should be uploaded in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format. If your submission is not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete, deemed non-responsive, and eliminated from the evaluation process.
