- Installing new fencing that meets Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) Wildlife-Friendly Fence standards.
- The new fence must be at least thirty-eight (38) inches tall.
- It must consist of three wires, with twelve (12) inches of spacing between the top and second barbed wire.
- The bottom wire must be smooth and positioned eighteen (18) inches from the ground.
