Design Services for a Pre-Engineered Metal Building at the Wyoming State Hospital

The contract work being requested involves providing design services for an 80' x 100' pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to be constructed on a concrete slab and foundation at the Wyoming State Hospital, located on Highway 150 South, Evanston, WY. The scope of work includes design, preparation of cost estimates at the 50% and 95% bidding stages, construction administration, project closeout, and oversight during the warranty period. The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, is requesting these services on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health, Wyoming State Hospital (the Procuring Agency).
