Clifford P. Hansen Courthouse HVAC Upgrades

Teton County is requesting proposals for the removal and disposal of all existing HVAC equipment that is being upgraded at the Clifford P. Hansen Courthouse, followed by the installation of new HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) and controls. This work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by West Plains Engineering, dated 6/11/25. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the courthouse's HVAC systems are modernized and fully compliant with the latest engineering standards, as outlined in the provided documentation. Interested parties should prepare their proposals based on the detailed requirements set forth in the engineering plans and specifications. All submissions must adhere to the instructions and criteria specified in RFP #FMD2025-026.
