Work Requested:
The project involves the remodeling of classrooms as part of the Classrooms Remodel Project. Background:
The Western Wyoming Community College District is seeking sealed bids for the Classrooms Remodel Project. The Administration will review all bids and present their recommendation to the Board of Trustees at the regular meeting in June 2026.

Contract Requirements:

• All bids must be submitted using the official bid forms, which are available from Administrative Services.
• A mandatory prospective contractor meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on May 1, 2026, at 2500 College Drive. Attendees should meet by the Pendulum.

Submission Instructions:

• Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
