Campus Gym Management Software

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is requesting proposals for the provision of a comprehensive, cloud-based Gym Management Software Solution to support and manage the operations of its newly renovated Recreation and Athletic Complex (RAC). The work of this contract includes delivering a software platform that will streamline and enhance the management of the RAC's fitness center operations, covering member registration, class scheduling, facility access, payment processing, and reporting functionalities. The solution must serve both internal stakeholders such as students, faculty, and staff as well as external community members who use the RAC's facilities. Additionally, the software must integrate seamlessly with LCCC's existing BadgePass ID card system to ensure effective access control and transaction processing capabilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring that the solution is fully implemented by January 1, 2026, in alignment with LCCC's operational requirements and strategic objectives.
