WVCI - Lakin correctional Industrial Fabric Cutting Table

Background
The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security, Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation for an Industrial Fabric Cutting Table for the Lakin Correctional Center and Jail and West Virginia Correctional Industries located at 11264 Ohio River Road, West Columbia, WV 25287.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of one new Industrial Fabric Cutting Table with the following specifications:

1. Must be new.
2. Dimensions: 78 inches in width and 48 feet in length.
3. Minimum 12-gauge steel frame.
4. Tempered hardboard tops.
5. Adjustable leg extensions with a minimum height of 35 inches.
6. Angle braces for each leg.
7. Side aprons included.
8. Track for a 66-inch Eastman Pacemaker or equal fabric spreader included.
9. Crating, delivery, installation, and setup are required as part of the contract.
10. Delivery deadline must be met; failure to do so may result in cancellation of the purchase order.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the Industrial Fabric Cutting Table must occur within 30 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
Lakin Correctional Center and Jail, 11264 Ohio River Road, West Columbia, WV 25287.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must complete the Pricing Page in full; failure to do so will result in disqualification of the bid. Vendors must also be properly registered with any State agency that may require registration prior to contract award.
