Background
The West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers (WVBPE) is seeking to maintain and support its existing Big Picture™ Licensee Management and renewal software. The agency's mission is to ensure the integrity of the engineering profession in West Virginia. This contract aims to provide necessary software management services that have been developed over multiple years.

Work Details
Albertson Consulting, Inc. will provide maintenance, support, and secured hosting for the Big Picture software, which includes the corresponding database, cloud documents, and website integration for the WVBPE licensure management system. The contract includes:

- Licensing one copy of Big Picture™ software for use by WVBPE.
- Annual Software Licensing fees covering hosting fees, SSL fees, maintenance fees, and licensing fees for the software.
- Up to 5 hours of enhancements/support/maintenance/customizations per month.
- Monthly payments of $22,000 for annual software licensing and support services from March 10, 2025 through March 9, 2030.
- Five hours of contracted support monthly at a rate of $175.00 per hour with unused hours rolling over up to a maximum of 60 hours in a 12-month period.
- Additional development services beyond the scope will be billed hourly at the current maintenance rate.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 10, 2025 through March 9, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers office located at 300 Capitol St., Charleston, WV 25301.
