Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish a contract for Electrical Equipment Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of various 'Low and Medium Voltage' equipment. This initiative aims to ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of electrical systems across state facilities, thereby supporting the operational integrity of public services.

Work Details
The contract encompasses Electrical Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for various low and medium voltage electrical equipment. Specific tasks include:

1. Performing routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems in Buildings 1, 8, 7, and 11 as specified in Exhibit A (Pricing Page).
2. Addressing any corrective actions required based on inspection findings.
3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
4. Providing detailed reports on maintenance activities and any issues encountered during service.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all required maintenance tasks are completed. The initial term runs from January 13, 2026, to January 12, 2027, with potential for renewal.

Place of Performance
Maintenance services will be performed at various state facilities located in Charleston, West Virginia, specifically in Buildings 1, 8, 7, and 11 as indicated by order.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be properly licensed electrical contractors in accordance with West Virginia regulations. Additionally, vendors must complete Exhibit A (Pricing Page) in its entirety and submit it with their bid. Compliance with all applicable local laws is required.
