Williamstown ARFC Paving, Sealing, & Striping

Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete parking lot paving, sealing, and striping services at the Williamstown ARFC located in Williamstown, WV.

Work Details
The contractor must provide and furnish all labor, materials, tools, expendable equipment, and services required to complete parking lot paving, sealing, and striping services as per the attached specifications.

The contractor is also required to field verify the area before commencing work. Additionally, there is an alternate bid option for paving the existing motorpool with similar requirements for labor and materials.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon receipt of a notice to proceed and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Williamstown ARFC located at 285 Aviation Drive, Williamstown, WV 26187.
