11. Additional items include various transceiver modules and network switches from Extreme Networks with specific models listed in the solicitation.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be for a period of one year, effective from the date specified in the Award Document. The contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent for up to three successive one-year periods.
Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Health and Human Resources Management Information Service located at One Davis Square, Room 211, Charleston, WV.
Bidder Requirements
