Description

Light Fixtures
Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (WVSDB) to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of various light fixtures and supplies.
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary lighting solutions for the facilities operated by WVSDB.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. 160 units of 2X4 Standard Panel light fixtures.
2. 8 units of 2X4 Panel with Emergency lighting fixtures.
3. 8 units of 2X2 Standard Panel light fixtures.
4. 4 units of 2X2 Panel with Emergency lighting fixtures.
5. 35 units of 6X4 Panel light fixtures.
All items must meet the specifications outlined in the attached documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe, typically not exceeding one fiscal year.

Place of Performance
All products will be delivered to the School for the Deaf & Blind located at 301 East Main St, Romney, WV.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and comply with all applicable state and local laws, including licensing requirements.
