Huttonsville Jail - one-time purchase of Kitchen Equipment

Background
The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation for the Huttonsville Correctional Center & Jail.
The goal of this contract is to establish a procurement agreement for a one-time purchase of kitchen equipment necessary for the facility's operations.

Work Details
The contract requires the following kitchen equipment:

1. One New Groen FT-80, 80-gallon Steam Kettle – Stationary, 2/3 Jacket Direct Steam or equal, with specifications including:
- Must be new and have a minimum of 316 stainless steel liner.
- Minimum dimensions: 43” height x 36” width x 38” depth.
- Must operate at steam pressure between 5 and 25 PSI.
- Must include features suitable for a prison setting such as welded construction with tamper-resistant screws.
- Warranty: Minimum of 1-year parts and labor, and a minimum 10-year hemisphere warranty.

2. One New Groen FT-40, 40-gallon Steam Kettle – Stationary, 2/3 Jacket Direct Steam or equal, with specifications including:
- Must be new and have a minimum of 316 stainless steel liner.
- Minimum dimensions: 36” height x 30” width x 33” depth.
- Must operate at steam pressure between 5 and 25 PSI.
- Warranty: Minimum of 1-year parts and labor, and a minimum 10-year hemisphere warranty.

3. One New Crown Steam DC-3 Direct Steam Pressure Steamer Full Size Pan Capacity or equal, with specifications including:
- Minimum of three compartments with independent automatic timer controls.
- Must be constructed from a minimum of 304 stainless steel.
- Minimum dimensions: 68” height x 36” width x 33.88” depth.
- Warranty: Minimum of a 1-year limited warranty.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon receipt of the purchase order or notice to proceed and must be completed within thirty (30) working days after that date.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the kitchen equipment is at Huttonsville Correctional Center, located at 109 HCC Blvd., Huttonsville, WV 26273.
