Forensic Tool Kit - Software Maintenance and Support

Background
The West Virginia Department of Education, Office of Infrastructure and Networking Operations is seeking bids for the maintenance and support of the Forensic Tool Kit (FTK) software. The goal is to establish a contract for FTK software or equivalent, including installation as per the attached specifications. This solicitation aims to ensure that the agency has access to necessary forensic tools for educational and investigative purposes.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of FTK Forensic Tool Kit software maintenance and support for a period of 36 months. The services must include at a minimum:
- PRTK
- Registry Viewer
- DNA analysis tools
- EID Dongle #6918046
- Visualization capabilities or equivalent products.

Vendors must provide fixed pricing for this three-year term and include an education discount in their bids. All bids must cover shipping and delivery fees as well as travel fees, which will be the vendor's responsibility.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 1, 2025, and will extend for a period of three years until April 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the West Virginia Department of Education located at BLDG 6, RM 700, 1900 Kanawha Blvd E, Charleston, WV 25305.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized resellers for all products included in their response and must provide copies of such authorization. Additionally, vendors are required to be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and comply with all applicable state laws and regulations.
