Background
The West Virginia State Police (WVSP) is seeking to purchase a customizable fleet and inventory management system to enhance its operational efficiency.

The agency currently manages approximately 1000 vehicles and 650 uniformed members, necessitating a robust system that can track vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, mileage, and equipment issuance for personnel.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of a fleet and asset management software that meets specific mandatory requirements including:
- Ability to scan assets and employee information using dedicated scanners or mobile devices.
- Electronic inventory counts with scanning capabilities.
- Unlimited notifications/triggers for alerts.
- Customizable dashboards for individual users with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Comprehensive reporting capabilities including over 130 prebuilt reports covering various asset fields.
- Integration with third-party systems and compatibility with Active Directory.
- Mobile-friendly interface or dedicated apps for on-the-go access.
- Management of vehicle assignments, inspections, meter readings, and maintenance costs.
- Streamlined asset-related processes from request to retirement, including tracking of costs associated with assets.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the issuance of the Award Document and will include optional renewal years as specified in the pricing pages.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the facilities of the West Virginia State Police.
