Event Support: Portable Toilet Rental Services

Background
The West Virginia Department of Tourism is soliciting bids on behalf of Camp Washington Carver, located at 1277 Washington Carver Road, Clifftop, WV 25831. The purpose of this contract is to establish an open-end agreement with a qualified vendor to provide portable sanitation services for an upcoming event. The agency aims to ensure that all necessary sanitation needs are met for the event attendees.

Work Details
The vendor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, delivery, servicing, pumping, cleaning, maintenance, and removal necessary for portable sanitation services. Specific requirements include:

1. Delivery of a minimum of thirty-five (35) portable toilet units by July 23, 2026. Each unit must be labeled 'Men' or 'Women', contain filled hand sanitizer, and be maintained in a clean condition.

2. Service period from July 24 to August 2, 2026, with each unit requiring two pumpings per day (morning and evening).

3. Emergency service response within two hours.

4. Provision of at least two grey water units that must be pumped as needed during the service period.

5. All services must comply with local laws regarding proper disposal.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the vendor's receipt of the notice to proceed and will last for a fixed period of 365 calendar days from the start date with an optional extension upon mutual agreement.

Services will be performed at Camp Washington Carver located at 1277 Washington Carver Road, Clifftop, WV 25831.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia and possess all required licenses and experience to perform sanitation services. They are also required to maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount not less than $1 million per occurrence.
