The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Office of Technology to establish an open-end labor contract for electrical work in its Data Center located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E, Building 6, Charleston, WV 25305.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of necessary electrical services to support the operations of the Data Center.
Work Details
The contractor will provide electrical work services categorized as follows:
1. Electrician - Year One: 300 hours
2. Journeyman - Year One: 300 hours
3. Electrician - Year Two: 300 hours
4. Journeyman - Year Two: 300 hours
5. Electrician - Year Three: 300 hours
6. Journeyman - Year Three: 300 hours
7. Electrician - Year Four: 300 hours
8. Journeyman - Year Four: 300 hours
All services are to be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation documentation.
Period of Performance
The contract will span four years, with each year requiring a total of 600 hours (300 for Electricians and 300 for Journeymen) of service.
