Construction -Parkersburg Armory Paving, Sealing, & Striping

Background
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete parking lot paving, sealing, and striping services at the Parkersburg Armory located in Parkersburg, WV.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and furnishing all labor, materials, tools, expendable equipment, and services required to complete the parking lot paving, sealing, and striping services as per the attached specifications. The contractor must field verify the area before proceeding with the work.

The specific services include:
1) Paving;
2) Sealing;
3) Striping.

The quantities and pricing details are to be provided in Exhibit 'A' pricing page.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins upon issuance of the Award Document and continues until all work is completed as specified. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 8, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Parkersburg Armory located at 1500 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
