- Supporting the implementation of the West Virginia Statewide Training and Registry System (WV STARS);
- Providing logistical support for training events;
- Coordinating meetings for the West Virginia Governor’s Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council (WVGEIICC);
- Ensuring compliance with federal regulations regarding grant management.

Performance measures will include tracking website engagement, publication distribution, training attendance, and meeting coordination.

Period of Performance
