Work Details
The contract involves facilitating one subaward to a public/state-controlled institution of higher learning or non-profit organization/coalition. The selected grantee will be responsible for:
1. Developing a Young Child Project Resilience Council.
2. Coordinating positive support training including adult and youth mental health first aid, safe TALK, ASIST, and de-escalation techniques.
3. Exploring sustainability through partnerships with Community Based Organizations.
4. Establishing a Quick Response Team for immediate child needs based on screening or identified concerns.
5. Enhancing relationships between early childhood providers and children from diverse backgrounds.
6. Implementing a Help Me Thrive project utilizing a patient navigator in collaboration with the OMCFH Help Me Grow team.
7. Utilizing Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) as a specialized service distinct from other activities.

The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2025, through September 29, 2026, with potential annual renewal based on performance and program success.
