Agency Clothing (2025)

Background
The State of West Virginia's General Services Division is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish an open-end contract for Agency Clothing. The goal of this contract is to provide various clothing items, including T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, caps, and toboggans, as specified in the attached documentation.

Work Details
The contract will include the following items with specified quantities:
- Mens T-Shirts in various sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X & 6X) - 20 units each size.
- Mens Long Sleeve Shirts in various sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X) - 20 units each size.
- Womens T-Shirts in various sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X) - 20 units each size.
- Womens Long Sleeve Shirts in various sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X) - 20 units each size.
- Caps - 100 units.
- Toboggans - 100 units.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will extend for one year. It may be renewed upon mutual agreement between the agency and the vendor.

Place of Performance
All deliveries will be made to the Department of Administration at the East Campus Facility located at 320 Michigan Ave., Charleston, WV.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and must have paid any applicable fees prior to contract award. Additionally, vendors must comply with all mandatory terms outlined in the solicitation.
