ADVERTISEMENT - WVU School of Dentistry Electrical for Manheim Corporation - RFP 770-02

Background
This solicitation is being advertised on behalf of Manheim Corporation. Manheim Corp. invites qualified Proposers to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for electrical services at the WVU School of Dentistry, located on the Health Sciences Campus in Morgantown, WV.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate renovations related to electrical work at the facility.

Work Details
Proposers are required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for electrical renovations at the WVU School of Dentistry. Complete drawings and specifications can be obtained by contacting Bryan Scott at Manheim Corp.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST via Microsoft Teams. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST outside the Oral Surgery Waiting Room – Room #1200.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for work is April 1, 2025. The completion date for work is to be determined (TBD), and proposers must state the total duration for work excluding a 10-day waiting period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the WVU School of Dentistry located at 64 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
