Work Details
The contract involves providing fire protection services specifically for the Brooke Tower. Bidders are required to submit bids for each of the ten resident floors (Mezzanine, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) as individual line items.

Additionally, work above the ceiling on the Main and Ground Floors must be submitted as a separate line item. Bids sent in as a lump sum will be rejected. All submissions and communications related to this project must be directed to March-Westin.
