A&E - Tomlinson Run Dam Improvements

Background
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is seeking qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the Tomlinson Run Dam Improvements project. The goal of this contract is to design necessary repairs and improvements to the dam, ensuring compliance with Dam Safety regulations.

The project will also include a dredging plan and other related enhancements at Tomlinson Run State Park, located in Hancock County, WV.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing professional engineering services, which include:
1. Designing repairs and improvements to the dam.
2. Developing a dredging plan.
3. Conducting all necessary permitting and contract administration through construction.
4. Producing all design plans and specifications required for the project.
5. Preparing necessary bidding documents and providing additional services required for construction improvements.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all services are completed as per the project requirements.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Tomlinson Run State Park, located in Hancock County, West Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
