307536 Condensate Station Repair B.1

Background
The West Virginia General Services Division is soliciting bids for the repair of the Condensate Station located in Building One on the State Capitol Complex at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25305. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary repairs are made to the condensate station, which is critical for the operation of the facility.

Work Details
The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services related to the repair of the condensate station. This includes any incidental work that may not be explicitly included in the Project Plans. The Vendor must have successfully completed at least three similar projects and provide documentation to confirm compliance with this requirement.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Procuring necessary permits
- Notifying the Agency of discrepancies or hazardous materials encountered
- Performing final cleanup activities prior to final inspection
- Participating in a final inspection with the Agency’s project manager.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the Project Plans. Standard work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Building One on the State Capitol Complex located at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25305.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be licensed and in good standing according to West Virginia laws. They must also provide proof of insurance including Commercial General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance prior to contract award. Vendors are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
