Background
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for window washing services on behalf of its Facilities Planning and Management Department.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the university's facilities through professional window washing services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive window washing services for various buildings managed by the university.
This includes cleaning windows in Facilities Managed Buildings, Athletics Managed Buildings, Housing Managed Buildings, Recreation & Wellbeing Managed Buildings, and Wisconsin Unions Managed Buildings.
Bidders are encouraged to visit job sites prior to submitting their bids to fully understand project requirements.

Period of Performance
