UW-Platteville Walk-in Cooler/Freezer

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for the purchase of a Walk-in Cooler/Freezer on behalf of Auxiliary Services.
The goal of this contract is to procure a cooler/freezer that meets the operational needs of the University.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following items:
1. Walk-in cooler/freezer - Quantity: 1, Unit: Each. Bidders are required to provide a unit cost price for this item.
2. Floor replacement - Quantity: 1, Unit: Each. Bidders must also provide a unit cost for the floor replacement associated with the cooler/freezer installation.
3. Installation - Quantity: 1, Unit: Each. Bidders should submit a unit cost for the installation service.

Period of Performance
The installation of the walk-in cooler/freezer is expected to be completed on or before September 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to respond to this solicitation.
Additionally, bidders are required to complete a Vendor Information Form and provide client references from three firms where similar items/services were provided in the past three years.
Bidders must also indicate if they are a Wisconsin certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
