UW-Green Bay Virtual Tour and Campus Maps

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for a redesign of their virtual tour experience. This initiative is led by the Admissions Department and aims to enhance marketing efforts through an interactive 2-D map that can be utilized for self-guided tours by prospective students. The goal is to integrate this map with a virtual campus tour solution.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:

1. Collection of Panorama Content: A one-time cost covering photography, stitching, retouching fees, and travel costs for locations in Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Manitowoc.

2. Virtual Tour Creation: A one-time cost for creating and loading content for 28 tour stops.

3. Setup and Implementation Fee: A one-time cost associated with creating a version of the virtual tour that is fully functional on the UWGB website.

4. Map/Self Guided Tour Map: Labor for concept drawing of a 2-D map integrated into the virtual tour, delivered in a printable format.

5. Continuing Costs: Hosting fees from 9/1/2026 to 6/30/2027 and subscription fees for live content during the same period, along with combined hosting and subscription fees from 7/1/2027 to 6/30/2028.

6. Existing Virtual Tour Enhancements: Options for adding additional virtual tour stops including photography and retouching costs, as well as charges for removing existing stops.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to include initial deliverables by September 1, 2026. Ongoing services will extend through June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and may include travel to Sheboygan and Manitowoc locations.
