UW-Green Bay Boiler Blowdown Tank Replacement

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for the replacement of a boiler blowdown tank at the Heating Plant.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of the boilers in the Heat Chill Plant by removing the existing blowdown tank and installing a new one. This project is part of the university's commitment to maintaining its facilities and providing reliable services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the demolition and removal of the existing blowdown tank, disposal of the old tank, and installation of a new blowdown tank as specified in Section 6 of the bid document.

The work includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete these tasks. The project is to be completed as a lump sum cost for all work needed.

Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to take place between May 19th and May 23rd, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Heating Plant located at UW-Green Bay.
