Unarmed Event Security Services

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking proposals for Unarmed Event Security Services on behalf of the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics and Wisconsin Union. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and security of events held at the university, aligning with its mission to provide a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Work Details
Proposers are required to provide Unarmed Event Security Services for various events at the University. This includes staffing security personnel who will monitor event activities, manage crowd control, and ensure compliance with university policies.

Period of Performance
The contract term is estimated to begin on June 1, 2025. The duration of service will be specified in the awarded proposal based on event schedules.

Services will be performed at various locations within the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
