Towel And Apron Rental

Background
The Madison Metropolitan School District, Food & Nutrition, is requesting bids for Towel & Apron Rental Services. The district is exempt from Federal Excise and Wisconsin State Sales tax. The contract will run from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods unless amended, canceled, or re-bid.

Work Details
The contract is for rental and cleaning of towels and aprons. The vendor shall supply, pick-up, exchange, and clean items on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Deliveries will be made to the District’s Central Production Facility.
The items furnished under these specifications shall be of the highest quality in accordance with established commercial standards. The contract administrator for this bid will be Kenneth Thomas, Assistant Director-Auxiliary Services.

Period of Performance
The duration of the bid shall run from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods unless amended, canceled, or re-bid.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the District’s Central Production Facility located at 4711 Pflaum Rd., Madison WI 53718.
