Background
The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Peck School of the Arts is undertaking a reconstruction project for their gallery, focusing on theatre equipment and infrastructure.
The goal of this contract is to enable qualified vendors to provide necessary theatrical controls and fixtures to enhance the school's facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes supplying and installing the following items:
- Lighting pipe grid
- Lighting fixtures and accessories
- Power and lighting data network distribution and accessories
- Curtain tracks and curtains.
The resulting contract will primarily serve the Peck School of the Arts but must also be accessible to all campus departments.
Vendors should refer to Specifications (Section 5) and/or General Requirements (Attachment A) for minimum acceptable specifications for the items/services desired.
Note that the University does not guarantee any specific quantity or dollar amount; estimated item quantities are provided solely for bid purposes.

Period of Performance
The contract is open for bids starting from August 19, 2025, at 7:00 AM CDT, with a closing date of September 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Peck School of the Arts Gallery.
