Background
The County of Dane is seeking bids for the supply of steel plate beam guards for the 2026 calendar year. Work Details

Bidders must submit their vendor part numbers for each item they are bidding on. Deliveries must be made to the Department of Public Works Highway and Transportation at 2302 Fish Hatchery Road, Madison, WI 53713. All parts upon delivery must be labeled with vendor part numbers and descriptions. The contract shall run for one year from the date indicated on the purchase order or contract execution date.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will run for one year until December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Department of Public Works Highway and Transportation located at 2302 Fish Hatchery Road, Madison, WI 53713.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. They are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to performing any work under this contract. Additionally, bidders must confirm their local content vendor preference status (Dane County Made, Regionally Made, or Wisconsin Made) and disclose any violations related to labor standards by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (WERC) within the last seven years.
