Signage for UW-Oshkosh

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Shared Services, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, is seeking bids for the production and installation of signage on the Oshkosh Campus.
This initiative aims to enhance campus visibility and communication through various types of signage.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:
1. Lot 1 - Banners:
- Display Banners: 1 unit, 13 oz vinyl with grommets, full color, single side, size 60” wide x 36” tall.
- Light Pole Banners: 10 units, size 22" wide by 44.5" tall, full color, two sided with 3" pole pockets and grommets.
2. Lot 2 - Retractable Floor Banners:
- Retractable Floor Banners: 1 unit, size 33.5" wide by 80" tall (or comparable), full color, single side, vinyl material with retractable base.
3. Lot 3 - Wall/Wrap Display:
- Wall Wrap/Display: 1 unit, size 120" wide by 105" tall, full color vinyl wall graphic with premium matte laminate (includes installation).
4. Lot 4 - Temporary Yard Signs:
- Temporary Yard Signs: 100 units, size 24" wide by 18" tall, full color, two sided corrugated white plastic (includes metal H-stakes).
5. Lot 5 - Locker Room Name Plates:
- Locker Room Name Plates: 30 units, size 16" wide by 3" tall made from 3mm PVC with gloss laminate.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe specified in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed on the Oshkosh Campus of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit a bid.
They are required to provide a client list of three firms for similar services provided in the past three years and indicate any applicable business classifications such as MBE or DVB.
