Purchase and Installation of Synthetic Turf for West Side Athletic Fields

Background
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of synthetic turf for the West Side Athletic Fields. The goal of this contract is to enhance the athletic facilities managed by the Recreation and Wellness Department, ensuring they meet modern standards for safety and performance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing synthetic turf at the West Side Athletic Fields. Specific requirements and specifications are detailed in the Terms and Requirements document available in the BUYER ATTACHMENTS tab. Proposers must ensure compliance with all outlined specifications to meet the needs of the University.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the proposal documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the West Side Athletic Fields located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit a proposal. They are required to provide a client list of three firms that received similar services in the past three years. Additionally, bidders must indicate if they qualify as a Wisconsin certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). All vendors are considered Large Business unless otherwise indicated.
