Background
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, through its Procurement Department, is seeking bids for the purchase of an oxygen consumption monitor on behalf of the Biology Department. The goal is to acquire a device that meets specific technical requirements to support the department's research and educational activities.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) dynamic oxygen consumption monitor that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in Section 6: Technical Specifications. Bidders must refer to the Terms and Requirements document for detailed bid information and ensure compliance with all outlined specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 5, 2026, when bids open, until February 20, 2026, when bids close. The exact delivery timeline for the product is to be specified by the winning bidder after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit a bid. They are required to complete a Vendor Information Form and provide references from three similar clients within the past three years. Bidders must also indicate if they are a Wisconsin certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not debarred from doing business with the Federal Government.
