8. Lighting Replacement: Replace light poles and fixtures with LED options, integrating into the building's lighting control system.
9. Additional Scope includes vehicle circulation signage installation and landscape restoration.
Period of Performance
Contract award is expected in December 2025, with planning and procurement from January to May 2026. Construction is set to commence on June 8, 2026, with completion anticipated by August 2026.
