Background
Dane County Department of Human Services is seeking to purchase Outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services to serve uninsured individuals who are required to complete treatment by a Driver's Safety Plan. The Department will be awarding multiple agencies to allow for consumer choice.
Work Details
The purpose of this project is to provide outpatient behavioral health treatment including individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and/or group therapy to address a mental health or substance use disorder diagnosis for those convicted of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The services include assessment/diagnosis, case planning, monitoring and review, and group/individual/family therapy targeting mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.
The program aims to support consumers in complying with their Driver Safety Plan by providing outpatient behavioral health treatment-oriented services. The estimated units of award as a result of this RFP are 3,395 hours of direct client services. More than one vendor may be awarded a portion of the target units to increase consumer choice in service provider.
Period of Performance
The contract shall be effective on the date indicated on the contract execution date and shall run for one year from that date, with an option by mutual agreement of the County and contractor, to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.

The services will be performed in Dane County, Wisconsin.
