Background
The Racine Unified School District (RUSD) in Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide HVAC filters. The District aims to ensure that its facilities maintain optimal air quality and operational efficiency through the procurement of these essential components. This contract is part of RUSD's commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of various HVAC filters in different sizes and specifications. The filters must be new and unused, with specific MERV ratings (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) of 10 and 13.

The following sizes are included in the bid:
- 12X20X2
- 19 1/4X9 3/8X1
- 24X24X2 (PRE-PLEAT)
- 24X20X4, among others, totaling approximately 40 different sizes with quantities ranging from 6 to 1496 units per size. Each vendor must provide manufacturer details, product numbers, cost per unit, case size, and delivery timelines for each item listed in the bid form.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will run for one year until June 30, 2027. There is an option for four additional one-year extensions at the District's discretion.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various locations within Racine Unified School District as specified in Attachment A - Delivery Addresses. Locations include multiple elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and administrative centers throughout Racine, Wisconsin.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered to do business in Wisconsin within ten business days after award but no later than prior to contract execution. They must not be on state or federal debarred contractor lists and should have a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in similar projects. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to promote participation from local and under-represented businesses.
