Eastern and Western Receiving Stations, Contract 2-2025, City of Crest Hill, Illinois

Scope of Work:
The contract involves significant construction and site improvements at two separate locations in Crest Hill, Illinois:

• West Station: Construction of a 22-foot by 34-foot brick and block receiving/metering station, including associated electrical improvements, installation of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Site work will include underground piping, installation of a concrete driveway, and landscaping.
• East Station: Construction of an 80-foot by 39-foot brick and block receiving/pump station, with associated electrical improvements, SCADA system, HVAC, and yard piping. Site work at this location will include underground piping valving, sanitary and storm sewers, a concrete driveway, and landscaping.

Additionally, the solicitation includes two bid alternatives:

• Bid Alternative 1: System-wide SCADA upgrade at the OWNER's existing wellhouses and water treatment plants.
• Bid Alternative 2: Construction of approximately 2,000 feet of buried conduit and conductors, along with miscellaneous electrical improvements. The conduit will run from the proposed East Receiving/Pumping Station to an existing diversion structure west of the East Receiving Station.
